Since our arrival to Western Australia in April of this year my wife and I have been actively looking for a suitable property in or around the Baldivis area.

We met Doug on our first 'home open' and were immediately impressed with his professional demeanour and effervescant personality. Over the ensuing weeks we asked more and more of Doug to arrange viewings during unsociable hours as we are both full time employed.

As time progressed our search for houses went beyond the boundary of Baldivis into Secret Harbour. A lot of the houses we chose to view were listed through other agents. This request, I'm certain, put more pressure on his already busy schedule. I would never have thought of my house being sold within a month, especially in the current market, and I got the price I wanted. Trish came and saw me, had all the information for the questions I had, and within a day it was on the martket and people were coming through for views.
